Yoga is a foundational part of my work — a practice that supports presence, awareness, and connection.

Here you’ll find my current teaching schedule, along with opportunities to practice together in community or privately.

Yoga for Mind, Body, and Soul

Experience a yoga practice that meets you exactly where you are. From grounding and restorative to energizing and flowy, each session is thoughtfully designed to support your personal growth — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Lindsay creates a welcoming, supportive space where students can move, breathe, and reconnect at their own pace. Whether practicing in a group setting or working one-on-one, sessions are tailored to honor individual needs, energy levels, and intentions, so you leave feeling more balanced, aware, and at ease in your body.

Styles Offered

  • Vinyasa: Vinyasa is a modern flowing style of yoga that coordinates breath and movement in a continuous sequence. Drawing from the broader hatha yoga tradition, each posture transitions intentionally into the next, creating heat, focus, and steady awareness through breath-led movement.
  • Restorative & Yin: Slow, grounding practices that release tension and cultivate inner calm.

The Wheel Within: Self-Leadership Through the Turning Year

A 6-Part Seasonal Workshop Series

Nature doesn’t bloom all year round, yet we often expect ourselves to. Join us at Tuladhara for an immersive workshop series that marries the somatic wisdom of Yoga with the transformative power of intentional self-inquiry and holistic coaching.

Using the Wheel of the Year as our map, we will navigate the seasons to cultivate “Self-Leadership“—the ability to stay centered, resilient, and present, regardless of your life’s current pace.

Somatic Sandwich

Each 2.5-hour intensive is designed to nourish both mind and body through a three-part journey:
The Inquiry: Guided reflection and journaling to help you pause, observe, and align with your current “inner season.
The Embodiment: The Embodiment: A seasonal asana practice—ranging from Vinyasa to Yin—to move the specific energy of the season through your body.
. The Integration: Guided meditation and deep rest (Savasana/Nidra) to anchor your insights and settle the nervous system.
